  • From 2005, the University of Amsterdam set forth the educational programme for conservators-restorers in the Netherlands by merging the existing programmes run by the Cultural Heritage Agency of the Netherlands (ICN, now RCE) and the Limburg Conservation Institute (SRAL) into the legally recognised programme it is today.
  • In 2013-2014 the Master’s programme was successfully evaluated by Certiked vbi, commissioned by the Dutch-Flemish accreditation organisation (NVAO). Similarly the Post-Master’s programme was successfully evaluated by the Certification Committee.
